Accommodation during the ride is included in the registration fee and is based on 2 – 3 people sharing. Rooming – The number of people per room varies by location (2 -3 per room). Tour Costs

Shared Rooms – R15 000

In addition to the above, each rider is required to collect a minimum of R18,000 in sponsorships. All sponsorships will qualify for a Section 18A certificate. In previous years a number of riders have raised far in excess of this amount and we encourage all riders to raise as much funds as possible for this life-saving organisation.

We suggest that you complete your fundraising by the time of the ride. However, you will have a further 6 months to collect this commitment, should the need arise.

Please note: You will be required to pay a R7500 deposit on registration and the balance no later than 3rd September to secure your spot. The package fee is non-refundable and does not meet the requirements for a Section 18A deduction. If for whatever reason you cannot take part in the cycle tour, this amount will be reclassified as a donation to Hatzolah and you will receive a Section 18A certificate.
